Hon. Michael B. Uycoco

Councilor Michael B. Uycoco is a dedicated and passionate public servant from Moncada, Tarlac, deeply committed to the betterment of his community and its residents. Born on October 3, 1983, Councilor Michael Baldonado Uycoco brings a diverse range of experiences and a strong, unwavering connection to his constituents, making him a respected and effective advocate for their needs. He proudly resides in Poblacion 1, Moncada, Tarlac, where he remains actively involved in local affairs and initiatives.

Councilor Uycoco’s educational background provides a solid foundation for his commitment to public service. He began his academic journey at Moncada South Central Elementary School, followed by Moncada Catholic School, where he developed a strong sense of community and civic responsibility. He continued his education (BA Communications) at Far Eastern University, graduating in 2004, equipping him with the knowledge and skills necessary to serve his constituents effectively.

Beyond his academic pursuits, Councilor Uycoco has cultivated a rich and varied professional background, demonstrating his versatility and leadership capabilities. His experience includes working as a Senior Artist Handler at GMA Artists Center from May 1, 2005, to December 12, 2012, where he honed his skills in talent management and artist relations. He furthered his career as a Senior Handler of Ms. Rhian Ramos from January 20, 2012, to May 29, 2015, and as a Unit Manager at All Access to Artists Inc. from August 6, 2015, to January 31, 2020, showcasing his ability to manage and coordinate diverse teams and projects. Most recently, he served as a Talent Manager at MBU Management from March 2, 2020, further solidifying his expertise in the entertainment industry. In addition to his professional and academic accomplishments, Councilor Uycoco demonstrates his unwavering commitment to public service by serving as the Chairperson of the Committee on Education, Tourism, Heritage and Culture, and the Arts. In this crucial role, he champions initiatives that promote educational excellence, celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Moncada, and foster artistic expression and creativity within the community.
