Councilor Prado’s educational background is nothing short of exemplary, reflecting his relentless pursuit of knowledge and academic distinction. He laid a formidable foundation at Calapan Elementary School, graduating as Valedictorian, a testament to his early intellectual prowess. His academic excellence continued at Ventinilla High School, where he graduated with High Honors, further solidifying his reputation as a bright and dedicated student. He also finished a Bachelor of Science in Pure and Applied Chemistry at Tarlac State University in 2025.
