LnB President Bernadine C. Ferrer stands as a pillar of public service in Moncada, Tarlac, an embodiment of dedication and community commitment. Born on July 15, 1973, Bernardine Caralipio Ferrer, widely recognized as “ABC” or “Kap Benjie Ferrer”, brings a wealth of experience and a profound understanding of the needs of his constituents. His roots run deep in Brgy. Sta. Monica, Moncada, Tarlac, where he has built his life and career, making him a true son of the soil.
LnB Pres. Ferrer’s journey began with a solid educational foundation. He attended Sta. Monica Elementary School, graduating in 1986, followed by Aringin High School, where he completed his secondary education in 1990. Demonstrating a practical aptitude, he honed his skills at Manantan Tech School, earning a certification in Automotive Diesel Mechanic in 1991. This diverse educational background equipped him with a unique perspective, blending technical know-how with a strong sense of civic duty.
His pursuit of higher education culminated in a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pangasinan State University in 1997. This achievement not only broadened his intellectual horizons but also provided him with the tools to contribute meaningfully to the development and infrastructure of Moncada. In addition to his educational achievements, Councilor Ferrer proudly serves as the Chairperson of the Committee on Barangay Affairs and Community Development, further solidifying his commitment to local governance and community empowerment. Councilor Ferrer’s blend of technical expertise, practical experience, and unwavering commitment to his community makes him an invaluable asset to the local government and a true advocate for the people in the grassroots of Moncada.
