Councilor Jayvee B. Natividad is a beacon of youthful leadership, illuminating the path forward for his community. Born on May 5, 2002, Jayvee Barcelona Natividad, known and admired as “Konsi Jayvee”, infuses local governance with a fresh perspective and an unmatched energy. Rooted in Brgy. Camangaan West, Moncada, Tarlac, he embodies the hopes and aspirations of a new generation.
Councilor Natividad’s academic journey shows his unwavering dedication and sharp intellect. Graduating with honors from Lord’s Love Academy of Moncada Inc. in 2015 and Moncada Catholic School Inc. in 2019, he set a high standard of excellence. His pursuit of knowledge continued at Don Bosco Technical Institute-Tarlac, where he completed Senior High School with high honors in 2021. Currently, he is diligently working towards a Bachelor of Science in Political Science at National University-Clark, preparing himself to be an even more effective advocate for his constituents.
Councilor Natividad’s commitment to public service is evident in his multiple leadership roles. Since November 14, 2023, he has served as the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Municipal Federation President of Moncada, Tarlac, amplifying the voices of the youth in local decision-making. Simultaneously, since November 8, 2023, he has been the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson of Brgy. Camangaan West, Moncada, Tarlac, directly addressing the needs of his local community. Furthermore, he presently serves as the Chairperson of the Committee on Labor and Employment, Trade & Industry, Human Resource Management and Development, and Good Governance, demonstrating his commitment to fostering economic opportunity and ethical leadership. His active involvement in Kaya Natin Youth – Moncada, where he has been a Co-Convener and Head of the Campaign and Advocacy Committee since September 24, 2022, demonstrates his passion for empowering young people and driving positive change. With exceptional skills in public speaking and hosting, Councilor Natividad is a powerful communicator and a true champion for the people of Moncada.
