Samantha Louise P. Caragay, a Tourism Management student from the University of Santo Tomas, clinched the gold medal in the Tourism Business Pitching category of the Cocolinarya Turismo Skills Competition 2025.
The contest, held from August 30 to September 1 in Mandaluyong City, was part of the 39th National Coconut Week Celebration. Caragay’s feat brings pride to both her university and her hometown of Moncada.
