As a widower of the late former Councilor Cleofe Duco-Favis, and father to John Raymund and Joshua, he understands the importance of building a strong foundation for future generations.
Since 2021, Mr. Favis has served as a dedicated Municipal Councilor in the Moncada LGU, passionately advocating for the needs of his constituents.
